This is a great interview, superb, the acknowledgement of mistakes, of pain, of not knowing the answers, of love and of honesty. We all struggle. The church's hypocrisy in representing ourselves as the 'answer' - paradise! We need to get a bit more real. The difference for us is, as Jamie says, we feel the pain but we believe that hope and help are real too. We have to get to grips with acknowledging our pain, our loneliness and our lostness while still testifying to the answers that we have found, and not found, in Jesus. That's a hard thing to do.
