Kate is the Director of Programs and Development for the Washington Institute for Faith, Vocation and Culture, based just outside of Washington DC. She is a proud native of Colorado, wife to a very good man and mother to their three young children.

Few would argue that mothering is a lot of work. But, do we think of "Motherhood" as work in the same way we think of other careers and vocations?
