For the past eight years, Pete Richardson has lead the Paterson Center—an organization that trains, equips, and leads upper level executives, church and cultural leaders through the LifePlan™ and Paterson Processes™. As a certified LifePlan™ facilitator, Pete has guided over 600 individuals in 17 years through a two-day intensive life perspective and life purpose process. As a certified Paterson Process™ facilitator, he has led over 50 for-profit and non-profit leadership teams through the process of planning and executing their corporate vision.
