Gregg recently graduated from film school at the University of Southern California, the place where George Lucas dreamed up Star Wars and Robert Zemeckis developed the chops that led to Back to the Future and Forrest Gump. But Gregg didn’t just want to make Hollywood fare; he wanted to make important films.

Gregg has worked with several anti-trafficking organizations to leverage the film to elevate awareness and raise funds to combat this tragic reality. Coming on the heels of Slumdog Millionaire’s success, Kavi has ensured the injustice of Indian culture remains in the fore for those concerned with human rights.
